They have grown really fast in a small amount of time. Even during COVID - 19 the company went through the appraisals (really good hike for all) and paid salary in full. Company understands their employees need for example even before the official govt declaration of Lockdown a week before they a asked their employees to Work from Home. With a friendly work environment the team bond is strong, Weekly chill call is an innovative step taken during COVID which is an hour call where its fun time for all, playing games and no work time. The co founders are cool and Friendly in nature. Team is really good and helpful.

Great place to build a strong foundation for your career. Their onboarding process is smooth and internships are well structured. It is further supplemented by a supportive and inspiring team. Very few companies provide such an exposure at the internship level. You get to work across teams, provide inputs which are heard and get to learn a lot of things beyond your designated job profile. Not to forget, you become a part of a journey towards making a positive environmental impact.

when i applied to Antarctica i instantly felt a connection to their mission, to be able to be a part of something bigger is what motivated me to work . Antarctica gives a freedom of speech to employees, growth and Freedom of Time . The management team is great 👍

To start with, I love the mission of the company - "fighting climate change isn't an option, it's our utmost duty". The company genuinely cares for Mother Earth, the penguins of Antarctica, their clients, and most importantly their team members. Ofcourse, the two founders - Kumail & Mathieu are excellent at what they are doing but more importantly they are incredible mentors to all their team members. My experience working together with the team at Antarctica has been awesome, to say the least! Working with an international clientele has certainly given me exposure to become even better at what I do.

Dislikes

You wouldn't like working here if you're *that* person who doesn't like natural sunlight or co-existing with wonderful indoor plants. ;)
