...regular faculty getting their salaries with 2 months delay is considered normal. As for Visiting Faculties, its been more than a year and full salary has not been paid.

Likes

Its work environment and premises is so soothing and smooth. The team mates of health sciences are very polite and has sense of team work due to which one feels motivated and encouraged and work productively. There are some work policies needs to be modified in order to retain the man power and not to put workpressure amongst the employees which start affecting their professional and personal efficiencies.

Dislikes

Team mates are polite but management is so much manipulative and defaming employees unnecessarily without any specific reason. If they provide more opportunity to its employees for their academic and professional growth rather focusing on doing repetative official work without having any outcomes then this organisation will bloom in its world.
