This company is good. I love some new challenges and new team work. I like in this company a good team work.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Some time I have work with company day and night but Managers do not value an individuals. I want some growth in my profile but there is slow growth

...mployees too tikney bhi nahi detey. I am suggesting pls don't join this company. Salary deney main maha kanjoos. Aapki salary he aapkoo nahi denegey. Jab tak 10 baar follow up nahi ley loo. It's very bad. Every person has a family. Kisi kooo shook nahi hai naukri kerney kaa sab majboori main he naukri kertey hai. Agar hamarey paisey he hootey too koi naukri he kyun kerta. Sab ki family hai sabkoo apni family chalney key liya paisey ki jaroorat padti hai. Lakin kaun samjhaye inhey. puraney employees too aisey behave kertey hai hai jaisey unki jab sey he salary Dey rahey hoo. Lakin workplace is very bad.

Everything I's good in this company but during new rules from govt. Side the Construction field, is growing down that's why I am switched

Market condition is very poor salaries disbursement is disturbed in the company. people are exploring new opportunities for the stability of personal financial condition. Company is not able to grow its business at present and stopped many projects. Reduced staff and cutting operational cost in all possible manner.

Ansal is a company which give one full opportunities in career growth. Shoulder space to work. Sometimes it pampers the customers/consumers/stakeholders.

Having known the peoole's exact depth and worth it pampers the residents which goes against the company goals thereby troubling a sincere worker and leaves him totally confused.
