There are not good for productikn supervisor jr. Executive post. Because of hod and asst. Manager and sr. Executive is commanding count. Order for production. It is totally use less. And much responciblity like owner. And all senior behavior is very bad.

Yes i like this job but i am contract person so do not secure my job and no benifits available this company.

I like my compny but its all politics person do not growth any simple person if u join my company so your skill and all availble or not its doesn't matter only political pressure availble your job will be confirmed. So this situation i dont like.
