Feedback on Hiring Policies and Workplace Culture Dear All I would like to provide feedback regarding the current hiring policies and workplace culture, particularly in the production merchandise team Sangita ,Sheela & idiot Viday While the company has potential for growth, certain practices and behaviors are significantly affecting employee morale and overall productivity. 1. Hiring Policies: It appears that some members of the merchandise team lack the necessary qualifications or relevant degrees in merchandise or textiles. This gap in expertise creates challenges in workflow management and knowledge sharing. 2. Training Commitments: During the hiring process, candidates are assured of thorough training and support. However, after joining, this commitment is often neglected. Newcomers are left to navigate their roles without proper guidance, making it difficult to meet expectations effectively. 3. Workplace Behavior: There is a noticeable lack of professionalism and empathy among some team members, which includes instances of mental harassment and unhealthy competition. Insecurity and lack of knowledge among team members contribute to a toxic work environment. Community bias and favoritism are evident, further worsening team dynamics. 4. Resignation Process: Employees who decide to resign often face undue pressure to amend their resignation letters to align with the preferences of certain individuals, which reflects a lack of compliance and transparency in the exit process. 5. Before joining to this company please think Hundred time there no work culture at all .however work flow is zero because they don't have working system at all .
