...kahoon toh yahaan ke owner se lekar guards tak sabhi ki pitne ki harkatein hain. Bina rease diye 200-300 employees ko kab fire kar dete hain kuch confirm nahi wo bhi compensation ke bina, puri baniya buddhi lagatee hain ye B.S.D.K, 10-15 k mein gulaam banane ka kaam karte hain ye DALLE , asal mein is se badhiya kisi kark-haane mein kaam karlo wo zyada badhiya hai, inpe gin ke thoda bohot kaam hota hai uske baad tata-bye bye. Toh agar koi 4-5 months ke liye sochta hai yahaan kaam karne ko toh theek hai uske baad tumhe khud hi nikaal denge...

High salary to freshers as compared to market. Mostly freshers are there and will feel like still in college. Qc's are more supportive than team leaders. No unnecessary deductions.

Dislikes

...g whole teams, including the team leader. fired 40 employees in February 2023. No PF, no health benefits—nothing else but a inhand salary as CTC. Leaves are depends on your luck.

I love all the college's and the head of the organization, training manager. I really love the nature of the training manager and the founder of the organization.

They are not auditing the work on daily basis and they are not judging the employees on the basis of the work. The project manager is very rude and the HR head (female ) also very rude but not more than the project manager just because of the project manager I left that organization but I was on the top in my batch

Salary is too low, there are no parking facility, there had a big issue for leaves when we need leave they denied to give us and growth is not applicable for every employees this is for only un logo k liye jo TL or AM ki aage piche rhte h or unke saare baate mante h

There was nothing to like at all, first of all its a lala based MNC among thousands that operates in the Noida region...the managers are not upto the level of human beings..there is no job security and you will be intimidated to resign as quickly as possible so if you are really serious about ur career then please stay away from this horrible organisation..pure piece of lala mentality with designer bathroom present in Delhi NCR region
