There's nothing to like about company. Even if there was an option to not to choose any start then definitely I would have chose it.

Dislikes

They don't pay much, and want from employees to work like labor. They don't care about hard working employees. No management support. they fool you by saying Saturday and Sundays are off but then they force you to come and work. some managers have 0 knowledge about coding still they are manager and leading the teams. Over all this is the worst company I have worked with.

Trainers are good, coligues also, hr department is quite good

...use it was the first job they had and they did this thing (fired them after 3.5 month) they were working on very low salary already they don’t have any saving and they were depressed bcz what they will say to their families (I think this was worst thing they did) , all managers are friends and they don’t treat people equally they are partial and if karma is their company will shut down soon.

Salary is Received in a timely manner.

Late Appraisals with deserving ones receiving less and non deserving getting better appraisals. Corrupted promotions. No growth opportunities and new learnings. Management team is also biased shows favouritism.

...h the freshers and experienced get ample scope to move forward in their careers. Pay is genuinely competitive. Sufficient attention is given to the employees by the mgmt. and the team HR alike. Did not see any politics. taking place. There is no space for it. Our managers are there to resolve the problems. They are highly experienced and truly talented.

R&R are organized, but sometimes only

...24 hours and they really care. Overtime payments in case of supporting business. They are punctual in terms of salary.
