- Not much salary growth but offer good salary to lateral entry. - No culture to get together with teammates and quarterly parties. - Excessive micromanagement, 3-4 meetings per day and they monitor attendance in teams. - Very client centric. For clients they want you to sacrifice your daily life and just work tirelessly. - No proper planning in the project. No technology architect in the project.

Compensation,benefits are only satisfying factors.. Now a days due to micromanagement many left... It used to be a good company until mid-22

Would recommend everyone to keep this employer offer as backup.there are lot of parameter for disliking..

Based on every person opinion/own mind have dislike something. i felt, nothing about my company in order to dislikes.

They gave you the salary as you except and having good work and life balance because from one year there is nothing to do work. They don't have work for there employees. Eventually Layoffs was starded. Every day policy has changed.

Overall an average organization, not too good - not too bad. If I specifically talk about skill wise there's not much to learn, mostly work based out of MS-Excel and Dataroma and if you are someone who like to keep updating your skills than this is not the right place for you. Worklife balance is there but that is also depend on your project.

Dislikes

...still the culture is like as if we are working in startup, nothing is organized. Delay in appraisal letters and bonus is a normal thing here. They hire people with good skill set but end up deploying them in a basic project of Reporting or visualization.
