Overall an average organization, not too good - not too bad. If I specifically talk about skill wise there's not much to learn, mostly work based out of MS-Excel and Dataroma and if you are someone who like to keep updating your skills than this is not the right place for you. Worklife balance is there but that is also depend on your project.

...still the culture is like as if we are working in startup, nothing is organized. Delay in appraisal letters and bonus is a normal thing here. They hire people with good skill set but end up deploying them in a basic project of Reporting or visualization.

If you are doing your job with 100% accuracy and honestly and every delivery is on time and client is happy then no one will come to micromanage. You can easily maintain work life balance and also get some time to improve your skill.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are very less Promotion delay No Bonus or surprise gift Very less opportunity to work on multiple technologies/projects at same time

Learning new skills such as Alteryx, Tableau and other trainings. Work environment is good depending upon the team.

Dislikes

...ping, some of the teamleads are not qualified to handle people, rest is good. Salary is an issue, don’t expect a good pay.

- Not much salary growth but offer good salary to lateral entry. - No culture to get together with teammates and quarterly parties. - Excessive micromanagement, 3-4 meetings per day and they monitor attendance in teams. - Very client centric. For clients they want you to sacrifice your daily life and just work tirelessly. - No proper planning in the project. No technology architect in the project.
