First of all company culture is very good. And work life balance and environment structure is peaceful. Learning and growing availability is satisfied.

No conducting apprisal. So employee performance is not visible. There are flaws in salary hike.

I worked in 2017 for storm water drainage project at Chennai. Not much to like. Salary on time that's all.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Work timing is unlimited. 24 x 7. They made me work for continuous 2 days without sleep, writing measurement bills. No safety culture is followed, and no quality standard followed. All they need is progress. No room for learning. Company accommodation was like refugee camp like slum.
