I really enjoy all the people, I work with. Collaboration is important to me, so it's great to be a part of such a talented tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. Dislikes

Unreasonable amount of work is also a source of unhappiness. So if an employee is happy about his/her working environment in general, there is not much focus for pay. Money becomes a big concern when work hours are long and people do not feel the love. I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas and I have tried to move them forward, trying to help the company.
