Poor management, lack of response, productivity based salary, less space in office but more people to work, lot of blackmail, no cl and pl leaves, if you ask for weekoff they consider as a absent for that they deduct salary, even if it is a government holiday like diwali, that mrng they will inform leave or not, if you work on govt holiday they wont give extra salary.

1. There is no job security and salary not on time 2. Very poor management-there is no respect for employee's even from service desk 3. Will get complete salary only if we work on saturday and sunday and based on production 4. They do not have proper pay structure and No PF 5. Do not expect hike at all 6. They took nearly 1 month to give experience letter 7. There is a lot of politics. You get recognition only if you are (bucket) behind manager

No one can't support this time everyone think about thereself only. mine change 2 project OD to TSR bt TSR team didn't support anything in last time they disqualified there team after transfer to OD team but they didn't give any satisfaction training and no one canno help with us nothing response any of doubt till now they didn't gave any salary for 1 month 3days salary.

They give more work but didn't give sufficient salary but career growth is slow,l.give a job is trainers but we can actual work more than 8hrs.

... poor management - There is no respect for employees even from the front desk. Salary not on time ( Even the momos shop infront of office will earn more than us ). Work even on Saturday and Sunday to get complete salary. Need to work atleast 11-12 hours in a day. They do not have proper pay structure and no PF or other benefits. No appraisals . There is a lot of politics. You get recognition only if you are (bucket)behind Manager or sometimes with Accountant .

... quit the company they bribe them with more money so that they don’t quit. Worst management and salary structure. You are paid only after 10th of each month that too after multiple meetings and discussions. There is no work life balance at all. You are made to work for 12 hours straight with promises that you will be paid for it. No holiday policy in this company. You work 24/7, no comp off and holidays for festival as well. Manager is just for name sake. No proper hierarchy. They will boast so much in the interview and ask you technical questions but believe me it’s only data labelling that requires only tool knowledge and nothing else.They don’t have a written company policy or rules. They make their own rules. Once you join this company they make sure it’s your career’s dead end. You can’t move forward or backward with the experience you get here. Even with high covid cases they expect people to come to office and work, that’s the kind of importance employees get here.
