This organization is a scam; Jitendra Shah, the head of human resources, is terrible and has fired a lot of people from their current positions. In addition, the business takes advantage of the workers and fails to provide the raises that were promised.

Likes

There are number of components and lots of mechanical things to learn. Very talented design team and supportive employees. Very good infrastructure and certified own laboratery.

Very far from Vadodara so you have to take more time to travel.

For new appointment hide notice period. After joining they give mini attack, that you cant leave with out completion of 90days notice period.

Company culture and director nature is good and very professional , but there is politics at department level except marketing. They more trust it's consultant rather than employee, and whole year audit team is there. There is vide flow of learning of accounts, finance and statutory profile and forex work, but no one complete there long term job task, due to multiple areas pending work, lack of system to take over from leaving employee, so new employee have to suffer and not able to give its required performance.
