Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Get to learn techincal things. They did not re remove staff but they didnt pay us salary too. So cant say they are supporting enough.

They are not providing salary. They re giving inc entives, march to may they expepected employee to work without pay. For that they force a lot. No work life balance. Work comes at 8pm also. Incentives are so less that you can buy only chana from that money. Really irritating. They are expecting us to do all work from consultation to billing and to courier checking . 1 person is doing 4 people's work n getting paid half of the salary.

One should never go in these company save itself by getting harassed..! In training period..!! They will kick you out of job if you not well n suffering from fever or cold cough..!! Management system hr is so worest..!! They running health coming but don't understand employee health concern.. they ask to leave company..!! I never saw such worst company in 7yrs of experience..!! Worest cheap company small thinking....When I asked them to email n give valid reason!! There mouth was shut..!! Worset atmosphere..!! Unhygenic offic..!! Say its health total..!! There is common toilet for male female..!! Even some recruitment consultancy don't recommend to work.!!
