...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Well, theres nothing to be liked in this company. but the The owner of the company is great and he's really a good person always try to motivate all the team memeber and only one person it is " ASHOK KULARIA" lots of respect to him. but i think he is not aware of the things going on i.e internal politics. or may be he is aware and dont care about that Company just do Labour work, theres no Professionalism, there Site supervisor and the company is a part of group "marwadi peoples" so the site supervisor(anpadh ) think they run the company and they can talk whaterver the way they want, even some of the Project managers whos have a experience of 10 to 15 year also dont have their mind in right place " kind of Fattu hai" and they

1.company's mamangemnt is worst. 2. I want to share the deeply troubling experience i had at the company, company calimed that my performance was lacking, but they never tool the time to understand my prespective or the challenges i face on-site, my manager was fattu and consistently sided with an illiterate Supervisor, creating a toxic environment where i felt powerless. no matter what the supervisor said , wheather praise or criticism, i was expected to comply without question. if i dare to speak up, my manager would shout at me, leaving me humiliated, even arriving just 15min late resulted shaming in front of office people, and despite often staying late until 8 or 8.30 PM i would be berated in front of client and PMC, supervisor yell at me and abuse me in front of PMC / labour/ client, when i brought my concern to my manager, he brushed them aside, telling me you took it personally, instead of addressing the supervisor unacceptable behaviour, he chose to scold me, their this treatment pushed me to confront everyone about their actions, which only led to my manager/ supervisor complaning about me to the management, ** one of the most hearbreaking moments came when i had to take emergency leave for a seriously ill family member, my manager initially gave me a permission, only to later deny it and calin i took leave without authorization, ** He went so far as to say " don't take leave, let your family member die", and same was also told by the supervisors, this experience had been incredibly difficult and disheartening, and i feel compelled to speak out against the toxic enviroment i endured, its crucial for others to understad the impact of such behavior and the importance of the supportive workplace, once again i'll say what i said f##K$ my manager and Superivsors , they both are illiterate. and you'll definetly find the best and better place once you leave this type of people

A worst place to work if you are not one of their community or you dont know how to tackle dumb silver spoon seniors who don't know how to talk to their employees. The contractors who try to be the corporate but with mindset of LALA company. They can claim they will give you free time personal time but there is so much hidden things in asterix. Join them only and only and only if you wan to ruin your personal life. A real jhannum for people who are new and Aakash for those who know how to keep things in Auto pilot.
