Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The only thing good was there were travel and home allowance

The work culture for site people is horrible, there is less skill development, you need to do and learn at the same time keeping the deadline in the mind which should not be missed, there is no work life balance everyday is a working day, even on Sunday's they won't leave you

Yeah there are lots of things, no proper professionalism. No proper induction. No correct authority to talk. It's kind of projects working and you won't clearly understand how the organisation is divided in employee.
