For Jobs Seekers - This is the worst company to be for the following reasons- 1. Our candidates were given appointment letters to join and a day before their joining their appointment was cancelled by the company. 2. They don't have an inhouse hiring team so they hire thru consultants like us, the moment candidate completes a month and we raise an invoice, they ask the candidate to resign and ask us to work on a replacement for free, neither paying us, nor the candidate for all services rendered. 3. The company has no structure, not culture or management, its managed completely by the MD who claims to be a 350cr company but doesn't pay up 50K of hiring fees for people onboarded.
