1) People of Andaman Nicobar are very polite and they really believe the treating doctor.. I Never faced any difficulty from patient's attenders.. 2) Can work freely with any possible medication as it's a CGHS supply.. 3) Local people working in ANIIMS r extremely kind. Never felt alone though i am from other state..

Dislikes

1) Job security is Zero as it depends on HOD only whether you will get extension of contract or not.. If you're in good terms with HOD, then only you get extension. HOD r mostly biased and preoccupied to favour those from their native state.. Other state people will definitely suffer.. No one else is there to monitor your work.. 2) Work Culture is poor as the environment in department depends on HOD only.. As already stated, if u r from same place or state of HOD, will feel good.. 3) Talking about company policy, Neither of the Higher authorities are taking efforts to retain the old doctors.. they should not be dependent on only HOD and Director's opinion but they should also take people's opinion to select which doctor is good and which one is not..
