They mainly depend on their client in terms of job security because they have contact with them as long as their contract is valid our employment is valid. ANI management is some what supporting but not at satisfactory level.

... are not capable for allocation of work. they are egoistic and does politics. 3. Salary delays in every month have to work in stressful environment more than 9-10 hours without any over time payment. 4. Culture is very toxic, it feels anytime you can loose your job as every minute pressure is created by TL'S 5.No proper response from HR for employee's queries and documentation there is no benefit or not even medical policy for employee's 6. Bad, irritating and annoying Exit Formalities. Employee need to beg for own salary or experience certificate.

No rules & regulation, salary never get on time, no minimum benefits are offered. too much work pressure that without infrastructure and support. No rewards. Lots of manipulation in records. Manage never keep their words.

When u working in a Govt Company and u r hired by a agency their employees don't value u and ur boss gives all the low type work to u they don't value ur degree and position.
