compensation is decent, but growth is slow.i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

No job security, no work culture, company policy is not to grow and neither staff will grow.

The work culture of middle management, they don't address the msr's issues. Salary is lowest in pharma industry.

AFD is very good company .i like other department staff behaviour,company culture ,canteen,job, management i like .

QA department work culture i dont like .without comoff without OT, without afternoon lunch i did 12 hrs duty when im 1st shift.QA department is heavy tarcher .

Doctor's knows the company very well. Due to which we do not have any problem in introducing new products. And at chemist stores.

When doctors mention the name of old products, we feel bad that why the company sold these products.
