Dislikes

Severe Shortage of faculty and no recruitment from last 16years. No facilities like e-library, access to Internet for students and classrooms. No staff rooms for staff. No drinking water supply. My classrooms needed to be refurbished and windows to be repaired.

The Andhra University is actively participate in control COVID -19 University administration is regularly providing information about protection and prevention of the covid problem. The university is following State and Central government instructions and implement according to their instructions. The university is alert the employees and educate them about prevention of covid problem. At present university is sanitizer the entire campus including offices, departments, labs, hostels, roads and grounds etc. The university provided accommodation for checking covid effected persons So the university is very alert and cooperate to the state government to control the present health problem.

The university is sanitizer regularly and provide sanitizer liquid at entrance gates It will be very useful to the people who are coming to the offices and departments.

I have already studied and worked at BITS, Pilani. Andhra university is a different experience for me. work place is really nice. To exchange knowledge and to learn new things it's good. But as a women scientist for three years the mentors and colleagues support was awesome. Only in the traveling grant issus we were not given priority later in the last year it was justified. For getting research salaries so many signatures required. That could be made on-line. The institute as a whole is like a mother institute only the thing is if more no. Of faculty are recruited it will be on par with any IITs
