Extremely manipulative management. Overwork employees. No work life balance Basic facilities like a place to sit in some centres is missing. Rude co-workers and senior management Extremely mis.anaged place and no timelycommunication about expected work to be done.

Dear Respected Sir/Ma’am. Thank you so much for asking feedback. My name is Syed Ismail Past 9 years i have worked Sr.Fc in And & Global desi. But i didn't go for next level , because Our ASM Manjula Ma’am & Hr Amit targeted me and forces me to give resignation during covid-19 time. Actually me & Maine so many friends are generating Good business and revenues for the company. But ASM & HR are targeted and forced me to give resignation. Even so many good staffs and removed during covid-19 time. I have requested so much but no use my family suffered so much due to this reason. Even I have share my things to Vaishali Ma’am ( HO) but no use. Still I am very much happy to re-join your brand . Thank u for asking feedback. Thanks & Regard Syed Ismail

i m utterly fed up with reprehensible treatment i ve endures at this company , the relentless pressure from HR and the managers to meet unattainable targets is nothing short of abusive . employees are treated like expendable commodities with lil regards for our well being or efforts its disgraceful they treat you with some chocolate and click pictures. management indifferences to our concern is infuriating , its high time they prioritize the welfare of their staff over profit margin, HR should be attentive and problem solver instead they ignore your calls and email , when you need help . but always ahead when she need something from the staff , consider this is a wake up call . will not tolerate any longer .

Nothing in dislike, All about good👍but boss manager is not gud in Staff so this think I didn't like it, if u r good with us thn we'll tell everything wats the happening in our store wat issue facing I'm so on so on,,
