Job security depends upon your relation with the seniors, working culture is friendly, management company policies changes as per their priority.

I disliked the way the mid level seniors treat their employees, Blame game is the most headache here, I saw no person intrested in completing the task, rather everyone had a tendency to keep their hands clean, wath others making mistake and gossip among No one helped to make correction or to improve

Well good feeling. At this covid 19 period company provide 7 days quarantine in a 3 star hotel in mumbai. And ensure a safety for all anchor employees.

If u get a holiday leave for 1 month,the company doesn't recall for the same work .They gave a 3 month leave with out any salery.

People of navy team are awesome and all peon staff are good in behave. They treat us very well

Here is a man we don't know what he want from all of us. If he have a problem with someone he never talk with him in privet he always wanted to show that he has a power to do whatever and whenever. I think he is misusing his position power.
