Company is good Salary always on time. In the time lockdown i stuck in other state but my company gave continously 3 months salary without any deduction. Never pressures to join the work unlike the other MNCs who fired them or deduct the amount from there salary.

Management doesn't address our issues there is no transparency in policy

...Fake commitment and very Bad management. Also No support from Upper management. Only they ask about volume, If volume is good then you will get salary and expenses others wise Hold.

Simple thing, nobody do not join this company. 1. Management is very very bad. 2. Products rate is very high rate rather than others competitors. 3. If, Market capacity 8 lakh in a month but your target will be 1.2 Cr, that is impossible. 4. Expenses release after 2 month. 5. Distributor Damage and market damage of the product and any claim will not sattlement. 6. Always they divided OC and PC group. 7. No market activity, no advertisment and no promotional activities. 8. Only you have to sell their products in cash transactions. 9. Every 6 months they change sales team like SR, CA, ASE, BDM, & ASM. 10. There is many things have to change, but they are not prepared to change a single thing. 11. Delivery problem from CNF to Distributor point. The product will be delivered after 7 days to 15 days of order date.

Brand & Product quality is Good. Salary will pay between 3rd to 10th on followed month,

Won't bother about ground level situation like long pending Market Expired stock, non moving stock @ Depots, SS, Distributors and Retailers.

Job security. Head of the company is good they gave salary on the crucial time of corona and not terminat anyone.

Most of the things are always hidden or not explain in proper manner to understand and not cooperating in FNF even try to hold the settlement as long as they can more than 1 yr I am still mail and fight for my money.

Anchor company is a very good company All it's employees are like a family And the salary also comes on time The company also offers an opportunity to earn incentives from time to time
