Worst experience ever, no job security, no culture, no salary on time salary always delays 3-4 months, not following company standards nor following Government policy and rules regulations

Working environment and culture teammates and management is transparent was very good before5-6year back. no cafeteria and gaming in co and appraisals are not fair it's depending on how much battering salary also on that and bonus given every years but no PF and ESI benefits given by co.

There is lot of politics in staff so now working environment is not upto the marks which will be. 5-6 years back every things was very good now it's everyone leg pooling each others

When I started my jouney in Anchor that time I was fresher in container industries, But after spending my 16-17 years, Right now I am in very good position. Lot of thing's I learnt & tried to expose. My learning not ended , I am learner too & I thing it will be continue till hole life. Whatever I learn, After I try to expose on grond in company interest.

No. I was misguided by my senior and I was terminated by MD.

Dislikes

I was terminated by the MD of the company. MD is a good person. Workmen also good but some staff was critical, they thought that the company is their property. They ignore their superior.
