Its an growing organization with strong leadership from top management. Provides opportunity to work as an individual and senior management people are also very supportive and cooperative. Work life balance is great!

I worked with some fabulous team- mates in ANB.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR policies e.g. delays in salary credit, delays in travel reimbursements, only place where i came across strict "time- in" policy in CONSULTING where salary is deducted for late marks, no growth plan for employees. The root cause of all this is an under graduate HR Head.

If you are going for anb make sure you do not go into broking team of the anb as the associate director who is handling will make sure you will always be wrong and has no idea of anything and will talk rudely always. Favoritism will be done by her. Just because of that one person there is huge employment turnover in the broking team due to her behaviour towards the employees and make sure she will never come to office even if the suitation gets worst.

Only my colleagues are helpful and cooperative but managers are not.

Dislikes

Managers are not good. They have nothing to do for their employees. Only what matters to them is their growth only. Employees growth, well being, support are not important for them.
