Poor job security, terrible work culture, no growth at all, to much politics, i dont find anything satisfactory other than good team mates, what all i learned there is just how to handle factory on your own, no support from managers.

Dislikes

Poor work culture, no growth, too much politics, one cannot think of job security there, they do not even provide appointment letter, and do through ppl out when ever they want. I worked there for 1 yr and 4 months, all this while i have seen them throughing almost 7 out of there with out notice.
