Anand Group is plagued with groupism and unnecessary politics with no sense of obligtion to the company and its benefit. The policies are irrational and non- logical. They do not benefit the employees for their welfare.

If you are working in plants of Anand group you are in Heaven but if you are in the aftermarket team it is totally opposite... if someone wants to change its profile it’s very difficult as compared to if you working in plant and it is not apprised if you wants to change your function. If you want to grow have a plant job there, I won’t recommend to join aftermarket team.

No they are not supporting me in these trying times at all...they just left me with no incentives or opportunity to work and sought their own interests.....

Management is unable to take appropriate or required decisions.....everything seems to be a fray....nothing is well organized .....and the organizers appear to be irresponsible and usually take absurd decisions ...
