Good work environment and culture companies policy are good.

There is lot of politics and the management .Salary is decent but career growth is low .there was no job security. Same day resignation without notice at the time of appraisal

The staff was very good and supportive. You become so confident to take new responsibilties and learn new things. Travelling was sometimes hectic from metro stn to office. Overall good company to work with.

Multitasking with low salary not worth.

Behavior of management is like family. Staff Welfare & Leaves and Flexible Time policy are good in view of Employees. 2 Saturday Off.

Increments are at low level for old employees, and paying more to new employees at same post. Management is Biased in appraisal and increment for those people who butter up.

Products are good Plant team and R&D team are supportive to sale customised product Management welcomes the idea of improvement Management urges to give more ideas

I think its policies, reimbursement, TA and DA which need to be changed as they are very old and doesnt match current market requirement
