In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Initially was very good to work, career development was good, but since last 4-5 years no promotions, increament, politics and no job security. Ask forcefully faculty in beginning of session to resign, if no proper load, less addmission. Uses faculty every where, for addmission in OBD, OSD, school connecting program in different cities, then can ask anytime to leave without any reason. No encashment of EL against own HR policy

Dislikes

No job security, politics for survival of flatterers.

Starting, the culture was good but over the years it became worse. The only thing that you get time for your personal life.

Dislikes

They don't focus on career growth. At starting Job satisfaction was high. But after few years, job security became one of the major problem.
