...ers provides good training. There are lot of things where we can learn about IP. They are not giving salary appraisals according to the work.

Do not allocate work in proper channel. Not giving appraisals according to the work or salary. Discrimination amongst paralegal and associates.

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Good infrastructure, a strong clientele with leading companies and law firms globally. Also the name in itself makes a strong CV! Good pantry and support staff.

Dislikes

...an a year would pass by and your assessment forms would still be hanging around. Time is of no respect and adherence here and if you happen to mention salary concerns to your seniors, you will be strongly judged as 'someone working only for money'. There have been moments when a single lawyer is targeted in front of the entire team, humiliated and questioned. People have cried tears and yet never a single action is taken against any sort of misbehavior and humiliation one goes through. Talking of which, please do not expect any help from the HR as no one has absolutely any say in front of the senior partner. If there is any bit left which might make one segregate their personal and professional life - IS NOT POSSIBLE HERE!

One of the best parts about working at A&A was that when you put in effort, people are amazed and impressed, even for small tasks. It doesn't matter who you are working with as long as you excel in your work. But people harbour ill feelings towards the person who is industrious and works diligently. I had the opportunity to work with someone whose fear was in all, but it was gratifying to see them always pleased with my work and sharing praise for me.

Dislikes

I am absolutely furious about the toxic environment here. It is clear those with little potential but good at sucking up can thrive here. There is no work life balance at all. You waste your whole day in pointless conversations and then suddenly get bombarded with a huge workload and impossible deadlines and if you do not deliver a flawless task you are doomed without warning. Unacceptable.

The few things that I value that most about working in Anand Anand is as follow: Work Culture: I truly appreciate the supportive and inclusive work culture. Work-Life Balance: Despite the demanding nature of our work, the firm truly values maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I appreciate the understanding and flexibility that allows me to manage both my personal and professional life effectively.

Dislikes

Balancing job duties with community engagement activities can be difficult at times and necessitates strong time management skills.
