Its almost a govt. job where no timely salary is there. Even 10 months salary is on hold for some employees so employee don't bother about work and sleeping almost all the duty hours. NO body cares who are you when you joined. HR is completely useless as they don't bother for anything. Free food for everyone is the only positive point here. NO SALARY NO WORK this is ths culture.

...amily members are handling the business except son of MD who is working in US. Poor management and delayed salary so join this company if you need some thrill and adventure in your career and there are nobody depending on you in your family. MD might sell the company soon so BEWARE

Firstly I like my teammates, they are very good at work knowledge and used to support me every time, and comes to job security, yha its good and secured and career growth is average and salary too, day to day learnings and earns a good knowledge, working environment is tooo good..

This company work pressure is very high, many days I have work 14 to 16 hours straight in a day. I have attend retails call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
