Analog is good company to start your career as a fresher and to learn and acquire the skills & there you will get an opportunity to proof yourself in a critical situation. In terms of salary, skill development, work satisfaction it's a good organisation.

Dislikes

I dislike is there is no growth in terms of salary hike, and they should work on the work environment and work culture. In terms of hygiene they should work and it is difficult to maintain work life and personal life there because it is 6 days working and pressure is there

This was my first job and according to my perspective it was helpful for me and different things I have learned from that job like technical and non technical skills and the experience was an average and I want my next job will increase a level of knowledge and skills of mine thank you.

The job was connected about my field but I wanted to learn more and more technical knowledge so that's why I thought the experience was an average.
