There is nothing to like about this company. Worst company. Please don't join this company employer wants employees to work for free.

Dislikes

Thee are many reson to dislike this company. 1. No fixed date of salary enormous delay in salary. We used to receive our salary once in 3 months that too only 1 month salary. 2. Deducted pf from salary but did not deposited in our accounts fraud company. 3.they don't care about tere employees. 4.their policy change when you decided to exit from company. 5. No full n final settlement. 6. When you exit from company forget about your dues they won't entertain. 7. Very very very bad company 8. N no of reason to hate this company. 9. Don't join this company at any cost.

Overall working experience with APCPL is not good but talking about particular work nature and the responsibility I handled was of very learning nature for me. It was a chance to learn important techniques and basics related to my field of specialization.

Dislikes

Its management and carelessness of higher authorities is very disappointing. There is lack of will power and forward thinking. There is nothing in the name of Employee satisfaction in this company.
