Just working 22 days very bad experience there’s no any thing like this company.. company just spoiled the people carriers Daily morning 8 AM start virtual Meeting with offensive talk event some time Sunday also

...ination of Office and field staff… very bad experience they just use and throw.. I just saw 22 days and without taking salary left the job… pls don’t recommends this company

To like, there is nothing, They use the full motivated employee for 1,2 months, change territory areas bimonthly and then fire them saying there is no sale increment from your area

... it will be counted as half day, whether you worked full day Any senior manager doesn't support, Benefits are not added with salary, there is no salary hike after confirmation in 6 months They only Hire and Fire

Nothing. They just use peoples relation in short time and remove from company. Salary deduction is very common in this company. No culture for employee.

They just use peoples. They ask for more than 11-12 hours working on daily.

First time in pharma industry, when you will join this company, you will get immediate pramotion and salary hike , but it will only for 2 or 3 months and then he started salary deduction from ur salary.

Very very worst company in entire pharma companies. Where no any sales strategy and no any information about your salary deduction, when he want to terminate you, they can do anytime without informing you. Pls don't join this company. For God sake don't join in UP, MP, Jharkhand, Mumbai, where is one NSM is handling all these things, so this person is very terrible, he is deducted salary of employees just because of stokist payment delay or cheque bounce. So think once again then take decision.

No work culture, they stop the salary if u r not achieve the target given by you in any circumstances..I m not given to advice to work here..please find another company but don't go with A N PHARMACEUTICAL.
