Yes in every company there are politics and so many other factors also. compensation is decent but growth is slow and sometimes may be you will loose your job also....

Politics Slow growth Forget your life, have no work-life balance, Have to serve their distributors 24/7 (Saturday & Sunday working) they do have comp off in their policy, but no use, you have to attend meetings No leave No holiday
