...g. 2. It’s a private organisation, so no fruitful in any case/ path in career 3. 0%Job security, can be laid out immediately without providing on paper salary. 4. Cheater company not seen in entire career, put you in PIP to save ther on paper salary during release. 5. Worst management… totally depends on client , no manager will come with you in trouble situation. 6. Delays salary, tax credit just before 2-3 days of tax return . 7. No on time PF submissions, tax submissions…no broadband remuneration.. extra facilities zero. 8. Looks like product org but totally on air not in reality for employees 9. No option for WFM in bad situation 10. No motivation or enumeration on new learning/ certification.. ….

The policies are not the same for everyone. There are oftend elays in salary and PF creditting. There is a lot if micromanagement and work culture is toxic. Its a proper lala company! Int he name of policy they enforce their will. After working for almost a year, I have lost my confidence, extrememly burnt out and going under depression.

...ggered and be terminated from the company..Cheating in Debating PF Amount. (Eg). In the pay slip it is shown as PF Amount debited but when we check at UAE Login it is not Debited..... ETC............

If you get a good manager with skills, you are in a good position, you can learna lot. but with a manager who is not technical as your head, it is very hard. Friendly atmosphere.

very less salary. immediately throws employees who are not useful. many have suffered cause of that

There is not too much of work pressure, but salary they gives very minimal salary. The one and only cons of this company is about their miser in terms of salary.
