Good employees, good staff, good working culture, supportive staff, learning on daily basis. Learn creativity. Conduct employees motivational activities on daily basis.

Dislikes

It was not a good experience for me. There were no job security at all. 6 days working and no work life balance. Projects might go on hold at any stage of the project.

Likes

The company is ready to adopt new technology, but keeping in mind bankruptcy proceeding by RBI, it could not invest. Initially the company was running good with the new investments but in the later stage the the culture of the company was bitter. Only top management was visiting overseas & does not have time to visit domestic customers. Every member of the department was not working for the company but for the head of department. Overall not worth to work with this company since the company has gone in to bankruptcy proceeding.

Dislikes

The performance of the team member is not based on the targets but on how you keep your boss happy. I did receive appreciations emails from my customers but same gets unnoticed during the time of appraisals. Also there is no job training for the freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
