bad working environment, no salary at time and neither they have any branches in mumbai it's all fake they all do their work from a third party in somwar peth itself

I am so happy working in this company and still I remember that during covid, as everyone knows, several people have lost their jobs or they get only half payment from their monthly salary, but ours I think is the one and only company in pune that is providing us with full salary without any deduction made. Thanks a lot for always thinking about the employees.

The manager is strict in my company. But in every company I've seen there are always ups and downs in the company.

Good company to work. Supportive staff and friendly environment.

They have No fix working hours and giving tons of tasks at one time and didn't appreciate after completing it.Director is rude and something gives personal work to do and yell to others which is not professional at all

Supportive director & all seniors. Appreciation, good work ethics, gives leadership to handle tasks. No micro management, gives freedom to handle work using own strategy.

I work in pune as an HR & Admin officer. The reality that I got to interview with everyone on the team was the best aspect of the process . Interviewing not only managers but also candidates for the same position as mine made me feel as though everyone's opinions mattered equally, regardless job title.

Dislikes

The presence of office politics can create a toxic and stressful atmosphere. But its fine because its happening in almost all companies. It totally depends on us how we behave.
