... bad company, it fires the staff without notice whenever it wants and transfers it whenever it wants, does not give salary and fires the staff without salary.

This is a very bad company, it fire the staff without notice and without paying salary And also management thinking is very cheap.

Good learning. Company is cleaned about salary and payments. Hr hiral is an excellent example for being so professional. Mr. Sabrikanth & mr. Puneet has a good vision for the company and employee

Internal politics and favorisim. Medical insurance for family not included.

Nothing to like, except the salary(which itself was less as per market standards) which was credited on 15th day of next month.

Dislikes

No professionalism, no work culture, no work life balance, no learning curve, no career growth(not even an opportunity), no increments or promotions. They try to deduct as much money as possible from your conveyance. Small mentality.

AMs is one of the best PMC I have ever worked with.Staff is very supportive .All the seniors are very helpful Our GM Suhas Sanskar sir is good leader and very dedicated towards the project, PM sir Jitendra Patil is one of the best PM I have ever worked with , over all it is very good experience to work under AMs .

I'm from South India team, we are growing fast and could see a good growth plan. Management team gives motivation and appreciate every good performance with certificate is giving recognition feel on hard work we put in.

Dislikes

In a growing path, hence expecting multitasking skill. Which is good for individuals as well.
