Poor work culture and they don't trust their employees and treat them as a slave. Any one voice out any concerns will be immediately terminated without any prior information it's because it was given to the wrong person. No ethics followed by the HR team. They send out the employee on their own without even referring the polices like I said earlier decision Making authority was given to the person who don't fit the posotion. There are few seniors who can assist you well and very supportive. I would not suggest to the people who can start their career and the well experienced people because they do not follow any ethics over here. Employees like their slave and allowed to do only what they say.

I would like to say about the Hr Preethi on this organisation. I don't know how she was selected as a HR. She is even not capable to make a cup of tea in a shop. I never ever seen such a irresponsible person on my entire career. She is the main person going to be destroy the company good will & credibility. Management please you should ask candidate how the HR interrogate with candidates & employees.. first she must be learn what is professionalism. please send her home to learn how to be spoke with some one.

Amromed is the great place to work and learn from bottom of the process. They are giving importance of each and every employee with highly respect. Amromed is providing best class and quality of work with their own application (TherapyPMS) which had complete structure of RCM. Happiest place to work in Amromed ☺
