The majors players here come from the big esteemed oraganisations,making beneficial to understand the cultre of large organizations. Additionally, they are eager to grow further on a technical level.

Dislikes

Mostly open source tools which may not be used in anyother companies. Internal politics is high . Also strict bond period and non negotiable notice period..And ofcourse saturday working pattern which will ruin work life balance
