The way this company runs. Their paper work for the employyes is horrible. They keep changing a employee's name form one to another sister concerns every 4 - 5 years. Employees are asked to work even after office time is over. Slangs are used by top management towaŕds labours. Increment happens 2% - 3% after 3-4 years.

I have started my professional career at Amrit Export Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Manager F & A. As it is a manufacturing company so there is so many things to learn. I have worked for One & half year at AEPL. Working time at that period was 10 A.M to 7:30 P.M. but I have to stay after that also. So, the working Hour is quite longer. But I have worked in Oracle, Tally, ACE & Other softwares also in AEPL. So, I think there is a lot of learning opportunities in AEPL. So, the company is basically good for skill Development & Learning purpose.
