Excellent working conditions with a very interesting and hardworking peoples. Time to time team meetings and the problems, complain, solutions and training is provided by the higher officials( TL,RSM,HR ).

Canteen food is good. Focus on the Safety. You learned how to handle the critical situation and increase your pasence label.

... he work with me in minimal salary. My experience is very bad. Leave is a crime. They are not transparent at the time of offer letter, hide some actual salary structure. Work life balance not available. No team coordinate every body is blaming to other's. They are not required healthy discussion. I told you and you do, Don't want any discussion how the achieve the same. I am not preferd to anyone for join. No any apriaciation for hard work . They are preferd to Sindhy guys.
