Toxic work culture, infighting and rampant office politics, poor management, abusive behaviour by certain management team members towards direct reports, non existent HR team with limited authority, poor quality of work, misguided or lack of any vision, archaic 6 day work week

Earlier it was good but now we are working like rotational shifts with continuous 8-10 days working. Bad management. I dont know how the company is getting great place to work with this type of working nature.
