There is no such reason but there is a very largest reason ,in this company ,training and keep the engineers for 1 year remove them.Company does not make training role engineers permanent.

This is one of the most fastest growing company, work environment is so good , learning lot of things, easy for travelling .work life is so good.

This company is good at all. But companies confirmation process is 18 month jr. trainee with salary 11800 /- per month , after 18 month sr. Trainee with salary 14500 per month something then probation peried and then confirmation about me. My 3 years exprience in this company .I have done well work with passion and Daily 10 or 12 hours work done .My boss and working team happy with my work But i have face economical problem because my financial condition not so good. According to my knowledge any company hire on the basis of 3 main crateria Education , Exprience and salary. According to my education and exprience i will confirm 6 month or 12 month but this is not happened about me hence i will left job for fullfill my economical and finacial need.
