Life will become unbearbale due to continuous harrassment by Top and middle management. Will need to for get self respect. You will be micro managed Continous words of firing and humiliation will start coming to you from Management after 30 days of joining.

...nteen and few people who are professional and still have some self respect left. High starting salary but any professional won;t last for more than 6 months due to toxic work culture

unethical and unstable organization from career perspective. Believes and hire and fire policy and looks for scapegoat. No professional employee is staying above 6 months due to internal politics and verbal abuses and harassment by management. Management is always looking to put balme of own team and fire people even for small issues to save their own mistakes. Unethical practices rampant across all business units

Respected sir, I am employee of vibgyor school sector 67 gurgaon.I was selected in kid club for EF position.My joining was from 7 oct 2024 my name is sunakshi back last week I was facing health issue due to that I was unable to come to school,as I told to my coordinator mam and HR sir also about my health and request them to gave me leaves.On Friday 08 nov 2024 I visit school to talk to them but their behave was totally wrong with me. My coordinator ( Mrs Deepika Mam ) ask me if u want to leave then you can leave why should your health effect my work without you also my work is done HR sir ( Mr. Mohit Bansal Sir ) behave was also very rude with me aisa thodi hota h mam m vha jakr bathe jao apki jagahe responsibility kya hoti h aise toh day care band ho jayega apki vajah s apko pta b h ap itni leaves mang rhi hu we don't care what is your health this was the way he was talking to me Today I visit to school to talk to principal mam ( Mrs Veena Gaur Mam ) I tell her about my situation but she was like that why should my kid club suffer due to your health issue. I said to mam if I will fallen down who will responsible for that She said I m not taking responsibility for your health. Coordinator mam is saying there is no need for me. Mohit sir is forcing me to leave the job. I will not give your more leaves if you are facing health issue then leave the job. They all are pressurized me to leave the job. Please request you to understand my health issue and their should be action taken against them. I will be very grateful to u 🙏 🙏. Thanks Regards Sunakshi
