The only thing that one could possibly like about this company is that you get to work up-close with luxury and high-end cars which is infact not to their credit ofcourse other than that i do not find a single good thing about the company.

... very filthy and unhygienic. • No opportunity for growth and promotion. • Very low pay compared to other companies and it's really puny compared to prevailing industry standards. • Very toxic work culture, the floor manager cum president is really rude and he literally breaths down the neck of the employees to get the work done at any cost.

Job Security equivalent to Government job. Perfect place for dinosaurs.

... of overtime hardwork Greedy senior management No structure for career growth No structure for salary growth No planning for proper appraisal. Even for people who’ve given over a decade of their life to company. Only people who stay here for long time are the ones who are not confident to look for and consider better opportunities.

...practical working environment, good and friendly colleagues and senior managers. Good place to learn and explore new customer mind sets and markets also, a good pay master.

It's same everywhere and it's sales at the end. You perform you'll be worshiped, you don't you're no-one.

There is nothing to dislike the Company. Every time employee have to grow and fing the new way for his or her future growth.

Work culture is no one happy. And I m not satisfied that culture. Management is very bad as par my stisfication. And job security not good if today you come then ok otherwise no come here one day then job you job less And time to time not trained to our staff our other. And teammates are no supportive. This over all from my experience.
