...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Overall Nice atmosphere for job.. All staff are good and helping eachother and provide guidance when needed.. HR policy are very nice..

Only salary structure are not good.. same position same experience both employees salary gap more than 100%. HR make some criteria for employees salary.

Company culture Narrow mindset of management Some people are good in admin and senior but most of them are bed and having low education SPECIALLY If you are non marathi then you ll be treated as a labour and no one ll give you respect and you ll suffer alot in starting

I don't like any about the Amoli Organic I fill so bad that i work only 4 months. So bad office culture gossip team I got so I request those who know the gujrati that person only join this office otherwise not.

People behave in front of you very nice but after you log out they gossip very bad about the person.

Company Culture is amazing. But lacks facilities. Sports week is the best part of this company.

Dislikes

Improper planning and unnecessary workload which can be mitigated easily(if planned properly) without last minute blame game on the lower level employee after missing deadlines. Actual doer is not the only one responsible for missing deadlines. Need to improve the negative work place culture and lab facilities.
