...er language like Python, SQL etc., & has now become an "IT" person in Bangalore. Instead of being grateful to the company for paying him salary for 4.5 years with practically no work, he is now spreading false hoods about the company in the the social media. He just ran away to Bangalore from Hubli to join the New company without even handing over the charges to HO Accounts & now posting messages using words like "Fraud person" / "Harassment" etc., against the company. As a company we operate in a transparent manner & willing to debate with any employee who may have some issue but we cannot accept such false allegations from the persons who are basically dishonest & blame others. Instead of posting such fraudulent message, why cannot this "Honest" person reply to our mail seeking clarifications on expenses, sort out the matter amicably & collect his final settlement?

I associated with Amogha Polymers since 2024. On time Salary. Management is very supportive . well experienced supportive seniors & HO they will give guidance and support to achieving my targets . Work life balance is good, I am getting here good working experience it will help me a lot to enhance my professional skills. I would suggest good place to work.

Achievement base they will provide you salary. Exceptional set up is not there even what they have strategy long time survival it's be too difficult for current market position. There have no good perks for employee as well as for distributor also. Only they want business else nothing

...to their new joinee employee, that employee are not satisfactory as per company. They will deduct 50% of salary as well as expenses from the very 1st month.

...t their jobs as they could not deliver & many of them had fraudulent intentions. They wanted to collect the salary month after month without doing any work. Now they want to show their anger against the management by making absurd allegations. The management is not unduly worried about these false allegations because when you run a business you get all types of employees. Likes: world class product.
